He is survived by: his parents, Leslie M. Anthony and Karen E. Anthony (Meneghini) of Irwin; his wife Cynthia K. Anthony (Kisinko); his son Brett Anthony; his brother Michael Anthony (Karen) of Irwin; and his pet Woody. He is also survived by two nieces; several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
