He was predeceased by: his parents, Joshua A. Yates and Laura C. Yates (Gondean). He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Yates (Wisser); his sons, Tim Yates (Barb) of Lewis Center, Justin Yates (Amanda) of Oakdale and Michael Yates (Janice) of Canonsburg; his grandchildren, Timmy (Meredith), Ryann, Alexis, Josh and Laelyn; and his great grandchild Preston.
