It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dale Otto (Jeannette, Pennsylvania), born in Roanoke, Virginia, who passed away on December 17, 2018, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her sisters, Judith Miller Weaver and Sara Kathleen Kruezberger. She is survived by: her parent Irene Rankin Ravigone (Harden); her stepfather Angelo Ravigone; her husband Joseph M. Otto; her daughters, Diana M. Otto of Penn Twp and Bonnie L. Morgan of Irwin; her grandchildren, Ephraim R. Morgan (Jen), Shana L. Gage (Jim), Danielle Morgan, Evelyn Morgan and Cassie Kocsis; and her great grandchildren, Anna, Alillya, Elyncia, Brynlee, Dakota and Austin. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
