We are sad to announce that on November 25, 2024, at the age of 69, Concetta S. Moore of Jeannette, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Concetta may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Concetta touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank R. Salvatore and Sonja B. Moffa Salvatore; and her sister Jennifer Smith. She is survived by: her husband Thomas J. Moore; her daughter Aubrey Faith Moore (Tom Kalvesmaki) of Fayette City; and her brothers-in-law, John T. Moore, Jr. (Carol) and Pete Smith of Bowdoinham, ME.
