He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles E., Sr. and Ruth Pratt Hill; his grandson David Hill; and his brother Robert J. Hill. He is survived by: his wife Sandra "Sandy" Grimes Hill of Jeannette; his son David Hill (Beverly) of Jeannette; his grandchildren, Stefanie Elliott (Brian), Heather Pierce (Randy), Christopher, Daniel, Joshua and Heather Hill; and his great grandchildren, Nicholas, Madison, Lacey, Lilly, Bexley and Nathalie. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
