With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bill Finlay of Jeannette, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 19, 2023 at the age of 59. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Donna Finlay. He is survived by: his parents, Bill Finlay and Betty Finlay of Jeannette; his children, Christopher (Katie) and Megan Graham (Brent); his grandchildren, Rory and Easton Graham; his siblings, Shelly Billeck (Duke), Scott Finlay (Debbie) and Sherri Depree (John); and his pets, Kylie, Chubs and Nubs. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
