It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Arthur R. Pierce of Jeannette, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 18, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Sr. Pierce and Christina Long Pierce; and his wife Shirley R. Gunther Pierce. He is survived by: his daughters, Lory Gurksnis (Thomas) of Apopka Fl, Christine Streussnig (Michael) of Jeannette, Sherene Morris (Keith) of Jeannette and Cindy Gray (Craig Piper) of Acme; his grandchildren, Brandi, Anthony, Tommy, Haley and Breyanna; his great grandchildren, Aidan, Avery, Liliana, Lila, Knox "Little Private" and Danlex; and his sister Constance Berkley of Greensburg. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the John V. Graziano Funeral Home Inc. (228 S 2nd St, Jeannette, PA 15644). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Ascension Church (615 Division St, Jeannette, PA 15644).
