He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Zavosky and Anna Radakosky Zavosky; his former wife Jennie Finocchio Zavosky; his son Anthony J. Zavosky; his grandson Michael D. Gasparato; and his siblings, John Zavosky, Steven Zavosky, Margaret Soltis and Evelyn Litwin.
He is survived by: his children, Michael A. Zavosky (Donna) of Pinehurst, NC., Jean M. Gasparato of Chapin, SC., Carol Z. Conley (James) of Irwin, Kathleen L. Richardson (Michael) of Sterling, VA. and Mary Beth O'Neil (Michael) of Irwin; his grandchildren, Gregory A. Gasparato (Bria), Stephen A. Zavosky (Caitlin), Andrew J. Zavosky (Mandy), Michael J. Zavosky, James A. Conley, Kelsey L. Conley (Derek McGoldrick), Shaun M. O'Neil and Michael A. Richardson III; his great grandchildren, Dominick, Christian, Mila and Sadie Jean; and his sister Janet Traupman of Moon Twp. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
