She was predeceased by: her husband Robert "Bob" Severn; her brothers, Henry Rems and Richard Rems; her pet Rufus; and her parents, Edgar Darragh and Irene James Rems.

She is survived by: her brother Lewis (Carol Hughes); her sister-in-law Maureen Severn of Levittown; her children, Jill Severn (Charles Barber) of Lexington, Georgia and Jonathan Severn (Mary); her grandchildren, Benjamin and Emma of Doylestown, Pennsylvania.; and her child Victorian.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Ivyland Presbyterian Church.
