He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph A. Lamplugh and Helen Gemmi Lamplugh. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Cooke Lamplugh; his daughter Elizabeth A. Gilson (David) of Pineville; his granddaughter Bailey Morrash (Philip); and his great grandchild Dylan.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Joe's interment will take place privately.
