He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Richard M. Tull Sr. and Mildred Hess Tull; his brothers, Richard M. Tull Jr. (Daphne) of Naples, FL and Wayne A. Tull (Sharon) of Jamison, PA.; and his nieces and nephews, Brittany Conde, Katie, Aaron, Joshua, Ryan, Tyler and Jake Tull.
