He was predeceased by: his wife Jacqueline Kappes; his son Jeffrey; his siblings, George, Blanche Dougherty (late Frank) and Mildred Moyer (late Harry); and his parents, George and Edna.
He is survived by: his children, Francis, Jr. (Pamela Hankins) and Gregory (Dorothy); and his grandchildren, Gregory, Jr. (Dennise Sancho), Izabel and Jeffrey.
