He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander Arrow, Sr. and Florence Epp; his sister Dorothy Scarpello (Joan Crowthers); his wife Joan E. Arrow (Power); and his son James (Jade).

He is survived by: his grandchildren, Chrissy, Jacquelyn, Joanne, Johnny, Bob, Michael, Alexa, Ed, Tori, Jimmy, Ricky, Michele, Brian, Jennifer, Gregory, Stephen, Matthew, Joey, Bow, Bridget, Heather, Brittany and Kathleen. He is also survived by thirty-eight great grandchildren.
