Barnes Sr. (Jamestown, Pennsylvania), born in Bangor, Maine, who passed away on September 15, 2018, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard L. and Doris E.; and his brothers, Gary Barnes, James Barnes and Herbert Barnes.
He is survived by: his sons, Rand Barnes Jr. of Columbus, OH, Erik Barnes (Emily) and Navy; his brother Jay Barnes (Nancy) of Palm Bay, FL; and his sisters-in-law, Patricia Barnes of New Lyme Township, OH and Carol Barnes of Jamestown, PA.
