He is survived by: his wife Nichole "Nikki" Bensink (Weed); his children, Summer Bensink of Wattsburg, PA, Matthew Bensink II of Wattsburg, PA and Rosalee Bensink of Wattsburg, PA; and his siblings, Kristy Kutruff (Bob) of Erie, PA and Samuel Bensink (Judy) of Wattsburg, PA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
