She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Pruiksma and Diane Pruiksma (Smith). She is survived by: her husband Douglas A. Gollick; and her siblings, Shari Pruiksma of Temple, David (Cindy Pruiksma) of Allentown and Michael (Maureen Pruiksma).
