He was predeceased by: his parents, John Slozat and Ethel Bullis Slozat; and his brother-in-law Robert Williams. He is survived by: his wife Julia Slozat; his daughter Jennifer Gealy (Luke) of Jamestown; and his siblings, Paul Daniel Slozat (Marcella) of Harmonsburg, David Slozat (Chris) of Espyville, Catherine Slozat of Linesville and Rebecca Williams of Jamestown. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
