He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace Cuttler and Mary Cuttler Bilec (Lucas); his wife Marcella J. Cuttler (Bickus); and his son David Cuttler. He is survived by: his children, Donna Rowley (Norman), Diane Kirkwood (Ron Simon Sr.) and Daniel Cuttler (Stacy Knobloch). He is also survived by four grandchildren six great-grandchildren and by many other relatives and friends.
