He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Orlowsky and Anna Orlowsky (Pitel). He is survived by: his wife Sandra Yuscyk Orlowsky (Yuscyk); his daughters, Debra Wheeler, Brenda Runkle (Toby), Patricia Wilt (Dennis), Ann Ropp (Joel), Lisa Snyder (Rich) and Sandra Garner (Paul); and his brother Joseph Orlowsky. He is also survived by 12 Grandchildren, 12 Great-grand children and 1 Great-great-grandchild.
