It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard L. Anstine Sr. (Jacobus, Pennsylvania), who passed away on December 25, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Gloria M. Anstine (Kopp); his parents, John Anstine and Martha Anstine (Spangler); his children, Richard L. Anstine, Jr. of Jacobus and Camela Anstine-Suglia (Anthony Suglia) of Dover; and his sister Edna Criswell of York.
