He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence E. Ropp and Mary Ropp (McGurk); his daughter Roseanne Ropp; and his grandson Shawn Witman. He is survived by: his wife Gail Y. Ropp (Baker) of Jacobus; his children, Roxanne Witman, Joseph Ropp, Rosemarie Ropp and Joel Ropp; his grandchildren, Brian Witman, Matthew Witman, Richelle Sutton, Joshua Witman, Sharon Krout, Bobbie Warner, Logan Ropp and Madison Ropp; and his siblings, J. Weldon Ropp and Palmer Ropp. He is also survived by eleven great grandchildren; one great great grandchild.
