Gray Dougher; his children, Haley McNeice-Meshoppen and Axel McNeice-New Milford; his grandsons, Conner and Ryker; and his siblings, Veronica Rood-Hallstead (John), Andrea Rogers-South (Patrick), Tammy Dougher-Scranton, Amanda Leslie-Okinawa (Troy), Christina Mitchell-Moosic (Kevin) and Randy-Scranton.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Hospice of the Sacred Heart in Dunmore, PA.
