We are sad to announce that on September 27, 2021, at the age of 60, Tina M. Jerome of Jackson, Pennsylvania, born in Colver, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Jerome and Faye Jerome (Sybert); and her pet Oliver. She is survived by: her significant other Jerry Ray; her children, Caitlin, Rylie and Jack; her sister Michele James (Bob); her nephew Michael; and her friends, Dave and Eileen Deskevich. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, family and friends.
