She was predeceased by: her husband John R. Lewis Sr. Born; her parents, Lawrence Sweeney and Catherine Sweeney; her son John R. Lewis; her grandson David P. Lewis; and her sisters, Mary Nemeth (William) and Katherine Mikuski (Walter).
She is survived by: her children, Larry Lewis (Joan) of Scranton, David Lewis (Karen) of Scranton and Diane Rogers (Joe) of Scranton; her grandchildren, Jerry, Brian Lewis, Jennifer Rogers-Morgan (Jeff), Timothy Rogers and Tracy Zadrusky; her great grandchildren, Sera, Jayne, Emma, Gracie, Anyia Lewis and Miranda Rogers; her great great grandchildren, David and Elana; and her daughter-in-law Judy Lewis Corcoran (John). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Patrick's Food Pantry, Jackson Street, Scranton.
