He was predeceased by: his parent Donald R. Barkley; and his son Trevor Barkley. He is survived by: his wife Amy Barnhart Barkley; his mother Marian L. Barkley; his children, Caitlyn Cumberland (Shane Parker), Nathan Cumberland and Logan Cumberland; his stepdaughter Callie Dyess; his grandchildren, Isabella Cumberland, Natalie Parker and Cody Parker; and his brothers, Martin Barkley (Bertha), Robie Barkley (Tama) and Matthew Barkley (Micheline).

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations be made in Jeff's honor to the Zelienople Skate Park c/o Wesbanco Bank, 251 S. Main St., Zelienople, PA 16063.
