O'Neill (Jackson, Pennsylvania), born in Lakewood, Ohio, who passed away on June 14, 2019, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie G. O'Neill and Mary Agnus Burke. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Paugh O'Neill; his daughters, Carla O'Neill of Butler and Peggy Higby (Aaron) of Hershey; and his grandsons, Sean and Liam Higby.
