He was predeceased by: his daughter Janice Rodriguez; and his grandson Nathan Rodriguez. He is survived by: his wife Gatewood A. Maxim (Brown); his daughters, Patricia Marie (Ralph Jenkins), Dorinda and NJ; and his grandchildren, Justina, Rhianna, Conrad, Jose and Gabrielle. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
