He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul E. Kludo and Janet Howarth Kludo. He is survived by: his children, Terri L. Shidemantle of Harmony, Kelly S. Lutz (Ron) of Zelienople and Jack P. Kludo, Jr. of North Carolina; and his brother Dr. Ronald G. Kludo (Brenda) of Florida. He is also survived by his wife of 63 years, Jean E. Fair Kludo, whom he married.
