We are sad to announce that on May 6, 2024, at the age of 89, Geraldine Francis Garing of Jackson, Pennsylvania, born in New Castle, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Geraldine had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Geraldine may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Currie and Ruth Knight Currie; and her husband Donald E. Garing. She is survived by: her children, Scott M. Garing (Deborah), Nancy L. Walters (Russell), Clay E. Garing (Barbara) and Donald H. Garing; and her sister Louise "Tuni" Burr. She is also survived by her 13 grandchildren; her 26 great grandchildren; her two great-great grandchildren.
