He was predeceased by: his wife Peggy. He is survived by: his children, Patricia Balko (Terry), Elizabeth Ferrigno (James), Michael Welsh (Nancy), James Welsh (Patricia), Mary Sendi (Gregory) and Matthew Welsh; his brothers, Jack and Donald; and his brother-in-law William Murphy. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
