He is survived by: his wife Rita Slocum (Bowman); his children, Deanna Wasko (Slocum) and Wayne; his daughter-in-law Kireen Slocum (Bartkus); his grandchildren, Cameron Wasko, Jocelyn Wasko, Shayna Slocum, Malinda Slocum and Courtney Westbrook (Slocum); and his grandson-in-law Justin Westbrook.
