He was predeceased by: his parent Clayton E. Garing; and his sister Velma Brandt. He is survived by: his parent Hazel Irene Harper Garing; his wife Geraldine Currie Garing; his children, Scott M. Garing (Deborah) of Jackson Twp, Nancy L. Walters (Russell) of North Huntington, Clay E. Garing (Barbara) of Jackson Twp and Donald H. Garing of Jackson Twp; and his sister Helen Rogers. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren.
