He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Bisbing and Edna Bisbing (Bogert). He is survived by: his wife Gloria R. (Serfass); his children, Mardena Harbaugh (Robert) of Pocono Pines and Daniel Bisbing (Terri) of Belfast; his grandchildren, Cassandra Bisbing of Henryville, James Bisbing of Monroe, NC, Amanda Storm of San Antonio, TX and Robi Lynne Harbaugh of Pocono Pines; his great grandchildren, Yanessa and Maya Maimone of Henryville; his sisters, Carolyn LaBar of East Stroudsburg and Norma Jean Williams of Florida; and his sister-in-law Marjorie Miller (Steve) of Jackson Township.
