It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daniel C. Tanner of Jackson, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 9, 2024, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie C. Tanner and Katherine B. J. Tanner (Jackson); and his sister-in-law Teresa Tanner. He is survived by: his wife Betty J. Noon of Alevy's Fort; his children, Dorothy Ann Tanner of Richmond, IN, Daniel C. Tanner, II (Cortney Peterson) of Petersburg and Michael F. Tanner (Katie) of York; his grandchildren, Darrell Tanner, Destinee Smith, Faith Tanner, Hope Tanner, Blair Peterson, Noah Peterson, Jaycob Tanner, Natalie Tanner, Sadie Tanner, Charlotte Tanner and Gracie Tanner; his great grandchildren, Payton, Macie, Colton and Dixee; and his brother Michael L. Tanner of Glenwood, IN.
