He was predeceased by: his stepson Nicholas Erlach. He is survived by: his wife Gail Custer (Weiher); his son Ralph Custer, Jr. of New York; his stepdaughter Jennifer Ungvarsky (Christopher) of Raccoon Twp; and his grandchildren, Zachary, Samantha, Adam, Nicholas and Emma.
