She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert DeVere and Sarah Elizabeth Smith (McMichael); her spouse Dale Stanley Clark; her son Thomas McMichael Clark; and her grandson Benjamin Joseph Avery.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sarah Elizabeth Clark of Jackson Center, PA, Mary Rose McChesney of Jackson Center, PA and Rebekah Ann Avery (Gary Avery) of Stoneboro, PA; her sister Priscilla Joan Alfonsi of Warren, OH; her grandchildren, Rebekah Felsing (Doug), Steven Avery (Jill), Debbie Avery, SGT Robert White, Tiffany White, Robert McChesney, Edward White Jr., Logan McChesney, Adrian Swartz, David McChesney (Cassie), Dillon Swartz, Rev.
