We bid farewell to Joseph C. Ferlin of Jackson Center, Pennsylvania, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on December 30, 2024 at the age of 59. Joseph touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Ferlin and Regina Ferlin; and his sister Darlene Barnes. He is survived by: his children, Ashley Mathieson of Jackson Center, PA, Amanda (Jared Emmett) of Fredonia, PA, Alyssa Young (Ian) of Mercer, PA, Allison Dora (Jason) of Sandy Lake, PA and Josh Ferlin of Jackson Center, PA; his grandchildren, Jayleigh Mathieson, Joseph Coursen, Alexander Young, Lynkin, Jaxon and Nixon Dora; his sisters, Rachel Klingensmith (Mike) of Jackson Center, PA and Karen Kallister of Stoneboro, PA; his niece Christina Barnes; and his former wife Monica Ferlin. He is also survived by many other nephews, nieces, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Rose and Black Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. (99 Franklin St, Stoneboro, PA 16153). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks you to yell "Here we go Steelers!" next time they score, for Joe.
