He was predeceased by: his father Guy "Frenchy" Bobbitt; his grandparents, Paul, Martina Reed, Gilbert and Suzanne Bobbitt; and his brother Steven Bobbitt.
He is survived by: his mother Judy Merlin Stearns; his wife Mary Bobbitt (Bradford); his brother Mike (Amy Bobbitt) of Jackson Center; his children, Matthew, Lexi, Abby, Jeremy and Chris; his nephews, Devin, Dylan Bobbitt of Jackson Center, Andrew Rose and Nathan Svirbely of Greenville; his niece Kassy Bucher (Wade) of Greenville; his great-nephew Evander Rose of New Castle; his sister-in-law Ronda Svirbely (Joe) of Greenville; his parents-in-law, Bob and Martha Bradford of Mercer; his friend Steven Basham of Grove City; and his pet Syn. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
Memorials may be made in Gig's name to the American Cancer Society, Glioblastoma Research & Cure.
