He was predeceased by: his parents, Elgie Leroy and Rita Theresa Coast; his granddaughter Samantha Lynn Coast; his brothers, Richard John and Thomas Elgie; and his brother-in-law Robert James Spencer (Jim).
He is survived by: his wife Judith Carol Spencer; his sons, Donald L. Coast Jr. (Jessi) and Timothy J. Coast; his grandchildren, Darren "Mac", Tiffany Lynn, Timothy Jr., Jordan Alyssa and Joshua Thomas; his great grandchildren, Mathias Joel and Mykah Kay Lynn; his sisters, Pearl M. Spencer (Ted) of Jackson Center and Rita M. Hedglin (Randy) of Florida; and his sisters-in-law, Marion Jean Lindsey (Mike) of Utica, PA and Mary Spencer of Franklin, PA. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
