With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia Rose (Graham) Chapman (Ivyland, Pennsylvania), who passed away on November 16, 2019. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles J. Graham and Margaret M. Graham (Higgins); and her siblings, Alice Barron, Peggy Dorr, Jeanne Lambert, John Graham and Charles Graham.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia A. Chapman, David Farbaniec, Bridget M. Chapman, John Millaway and Steven "Luke" Chapman of Doylestown; her siblings, Catherine Macaul, Mary Duplinsky (James) and Joseph Graham of Philadelphia; and her grandchildren, Miranda, Leif and Quinn. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Pattie's memory may be made to the Charlotte W. Newcombe Foundation Scholarship at Gwynedd-Mercy College or Our Lady of Mount Carmel Parish.
