She was predeceased by: her husband Frederick Edward Willing, III; her parents, Joseph F. Keemer and Virginia Carter Keemer; and her sisters, Mary Lou Wilkerson and Jolene Pietsch.

She is survived by: her sons, Gregory S. Willing (Judith A. Willing) of Spring Grove, PA and Douglas J. Willing (Julie Ungerer) of Elkins Park, PA.; her grandchildren, Ethan, Megan, Dylan, Dustin Willing, Sean and Joe Welch; and her siblings, Beatrice Armer of Quarryville, PA and Joseph F. Keemer of Lancaster, PA.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Mabel's memory may be made to an organization of your choice, one that would make Mabel smile.
