It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ellwood V. Allen Jr. of Ivyland, Pennsylvania, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 3, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellwood V. Allen and Lugretta A. Allen; his wife Carol; his daughter Diane A.; and his siblings, Dorothy A. Sheppard and Daniel.

He is survived by: his children, David A., Mark A. and Joan E. Edwards; his siblings, Olive M. Jenner and Robert W. Allen; and his grandsons, Harrison A. Edwards (Morgan A. Sprinkle) and Justin T. Edwards.

In lieu of flowers the family asks for donations be made in Ellwood's memory to the Ivyland Fire Company.
