He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann Capps (Casteel); his children, Ashley Capps of Pittsburgh and James Capps of Pittsburgh; his siblings, Barbara Cormack of Beaverton, OR and Stephen Capps (Marie D'Amico) of San Carlos, CA; and his siblings-in-law, Kay Casteel (Neil Coleman) of Mercersburg, PA and Ben Casteel of Tallahassee, FL. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
