He is survived by: his wife Judith Doernte (Roup); his children, Dean Doernte of Ypsilanti, Mich, Karl Lee Doernte of Bossier City, Sandra Weatherton (Craig) of Greensburg and Scott Doernte (Beverly) of Jeannette; and his grandchildren, Ali Weatherton, Kristina, Melissa, Jessica, William, Sam, Anthony, Elliot Doernte, Jennifer King and Karena Burch.
