He was predeceased by: his parents, William Sullivan and Marie Sullivan (Bradley); and his siblings, William "Billy" Sullivan, Ruth Shea and Irene Bikludge.
He is survived by: his wife Dolores M. Sullivan (Fiffick); his children, Maria K. Diana (Jeff) of Greensburg and Mark W. Sullivan (Mila) of Squirrel Hill; his grandchildren, Dr. Zoie Diana (Jake Ford) and Spencer Sullivan (Abby); and his great grandchild Charlotte Sullivan. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
