She was predeceased by: her parent Daniel Geiger; her husband David T. "Bill" Lentz Jr.; and her sister Jerilyn Geiger Mahkovec. She is survived by: her parent Alice Geiger (Kunkle); her children, Georgia Sager (Tim) of Penn Township, Daniel D. Lentz (Sue) of Claridge, Ronald Lentz (Sandy) of Plum, Theodore Lentz (Lori) and William Keith Lentz; and her grandchildren, Jennifer, Rachel, Gerald Sager, Tim, David, Josh, Kate, Adam, Abby, Nicole, Brianna Lentz and Malia Brisbine. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers a contribution can be made to the Paintertown Evangelical Lutheran Church.
