She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Crouse and Lois Crouse (Atkins); and her siblings, Lana Sue Burrell and Jan Crouse. She is survived by: her husband Richard Termin; her children, Shelli Prindle (Jeffrey) of Irwin, John Termin of Saltsburg and Jan Termin (Angela) of Saltsburg; and her grandchildren, Noah, Jakob, Adam and Ryan. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
