He was predeceased by: his parents, Dominick Surace and Anna Surace (Jackson); and his siblings, Leo "Butch" Yost, Louis Surace and Cathy Hadad.
He is survived by: his wife LuAnn C. Surace (Schiess); his children, Cynthia Surace-Volpe of Greentree, Vincent D. Surace (Alyssa Gibbons) of Apollo and Louis T. Surace (Emily) of Pleasant Unity; his grandchildren, Sabrina Volpe, Alena Surace, Isabella Surace and Dominick Surace; and his sisters, Emily Kroboth of McMurray and Sandy Binlein of Washington. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
