He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Fagan and Marjorie Fagan (Miller); his son Brooks John; and his sister Kellie Ann. He is survived by: his son Chad Fagan; his sisters, Bonnie Heasley, Tricia Kruszyna (Rick) and Colleen Haley; his granddaughter Nina; and his former wife Liz Fagan. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
