She was predeceased by: her parents, Percy Caldwell and Gertrude M. Caldwell (Faith); her husband David W Antis; her son David T. Antis; her great grandchild Micah A. Antis; her siblings, Charles E. Caldwell and Laura M. Rodgers; and her granddaughter-in-law Tanya Antis.
She is survived by: her children, Daniel R. Antis (Karen L.) of Georgetown, Dennis E. Antis (Brenda L.) of Armbrust and Diane F. Swogger (Wayne J.) of Bridgeport; her daughter-in-law Michelle Antis of Westmoreland City; her grandchildren, Jeremy A. Antis (Melissa), Jason R. Antis (Trudy), Lynn A., Burnsworth, Alison M. Hunyor (Robert), Robert W. Antis, David M. Antis, Amanda B. Swogger and Ashley F. Swogger; her great grandchildren, Isaiah R. Antis, Alize J. Antis, Elijah D. Antis, Moriah J. Antis, Delilah Antis and Ariannah Antis; and her brother Earl F. Caldwell of Irwin. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
